Are you ready to connect with the future leaders and decision-makers of tomorrow? Genesis: Pathways to Success invites you to be a part of our Career Exploration Expo. This exceptional collaborative effort among Ripley County’s public and private high schools, provides a unique opportunity to engage with over 900 high school juniors and seniors in a single day.
You'll have the opportunity to showcase your organization to a diverse pool of talented individuals eager to explore their post high school options. With over 50 colleges, employers, and military recruiters in attendance, you can be at the forefront of guiding these students towards a fulfilling and successful future.
The Career Exploration Expo offers a dynamic platform for hands-on learning activities. From mastering MIG Welding techniques, doing pull-ups on the Pull-Up Bar, and much more, students experience a world of career paths firsthand.

2024 Spring Career Exploration Expo
Our first Career Exploration Expo was a success! Students from our five area high schools explored career opportunities from 32 businesses, 17 esteemed colleges, and 2 military recruiters. From mastering MIG welding skills, having professional headshots taken, and trying on firefighter and state police gear, students delved into a world of possibilities firsthand.
Breakout sessions were provided on a variety of topics such as financial literacy, resume building, and interview skills to get students ready for life after High School. We are thrilled knowing students left empowered with the tools and insights to chart
their own course to success.
