Patterson’s Nursery
Since its establishment in 2003, Patterson’s Nursery in Holton, Indiana has been designing, installing, and maintaining residential and commercial landscaping needs throughout Southeastern Indiana. Dave Patterson’s 30+ year experience in the landscaping industry and his encouragement to take a leap of faith has allowed him to expand his business from a one person operation to a thriving company that employs ten individuals. He advises aspiring entrepreneurs to grow slow in order to establish a stable foundation for their business.
Fayette Web Design
Daniel Fayette, an aspiring entrepreneur based out of Greensburg, IN, has found a way to mix his passion for creativity and helping others succeed. After working as a web designer and developer for creative agencies, Daniel started Fayette Web Design to provide marketing website services that businesses need in order to tell their story online and positively impact as many people as possible. He explains why “mastering your craft” is essential to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
The Reservation Restaurant
The Holt Family purchased the Reservation Restaurant in 1985, and with over 40 years of experience in the food-service industry, the Reservation is proud to serve the town of Milan and its surrounding communities. Serving as a family gathering location, Reservation Restaurant ensures that customer service is a top priority so that everyone leaves 100% full and satisfied.
Friendship State Bank
For over 100 years, the Friendship State Bank has been serving customers in Southeastern Indiana since 1912. While a well-established corporation with regional branches, the organization has a mission to not only be responsive to the financial needs of their customers and stakeholders, but to also be responsive in ensuring that local communities within the region have the necessary financial resources to thrive.
Amack’s Well
Amack’s Well opened its doors in November of 2015 and has since become a cornerstone in Batesville, IN. This coffee shop is a champion of combining community and culture to provide a place that not only serves an excellent cup of coffee, but also offers a place for neighbors and friends to gather and enjoy one another’s company.
Iron Timbers
Iron Timbers is a custom wood and metal shop located in Osgood, IN. Owned and operated by a father and his two sons, this family’s passion and dedication demonstrate the quality of workmanship that comes from their business. Iron Timbers has quickly made a name for itself and has brought themselves national attention, appearing on the HGTV show, Good Bones.
